Learn how to make vintage look jewelry in the style of Miriam Haskell and a number of other designers of the "Golden Age of Costume Jewelry", 40's to 70's.
Most of the essentials are available at B'sue Boutiques and you will find them here in this section, just click and view. There is also link to a paid recorded class with many sections, and you will own the rights to watch it whenever you like and as much as you like.
Caging is beading on wire; you will want 28 gauge gold plated wire, which we carry in the WIRE section here at B'sue Boutiques. Finer wire will kink and break; we've found that 28 gauge is perfect.
You will also want small pearly-colored seed beads, flowers, and pearls for stringing/connecting. We still have some Miriam Haskell pearls in stock, too....and they will be linked.
At B'sue Boutiques we also carry rose montees, essential for the look. Soon there will be a free video demonstrating best use of pearl montees. What we currently have in stock is listed here and we'll list more as time goes on.
Recently Belle Armoire Jewelry featured our Haskell-style jewelry....and there are links below where you can obtain the magazine. Our article is 6 pages and starts on page 20.
