Victorian filigree cuff, filigree stamping, matte black, ebony brass, flat filigree, malleable. Measuring 5 1/4 inches by 2 3/4 inches long filigree pieced plague. Made from the old tooling, this is born to be manipulated into cuff top findings. I would use a nylon jaw pliers and gently form the piece to fit the top of the wrist. Sold by the piece.
