Blue lapis lazuli nugget beads. Lapis is a semi-precious stone and one of the most sought after throughout history. It is highly regarded for its beautiful blue color flecked with gold inclusions of pyrite and was prized in ancient times for ultramarine dye derived from it. These beads have an abstract tumbled shape, no 2 alike. They measure between 10 and 14mm. Sold by thirty-five (35) piece temp-strung packages.
